Returns Policy for The Dopamine Dressing Room

At The Dopamine Dressing Room we want you to love your stuff! But we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item, and we want to make this process as simple and hassle-free as possible. Please read our returns policy carefully to understand your options and our guidelines.

1. Eligibility for Returns:

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Exclusions: 

Final sale items, accessories, lingerie, swimwear, and items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned unless defective.

Items purchased during promotional events or clearance sales may have different return policies, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

3. Initiating a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@thedopaminedressingroom.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Once you receive your RMA number, securely package the item(s) and include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

4. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package to ensure safe delivery.

The Dopamine Dressing Room is not responsible for any lost or damaged return shipments.

5. Refunds and Processing: 

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item(s).

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

6. Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please indicate your preference when requesting your RMA number.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

7. Defective or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receipt.

We will provide instructions for returning the item at our expense and will promptly send a replacement or issue a refund upon return receipt.

8. Store Credit: 

If you prefer, we can issue store credit instead of a refund, which can be used towards future purchases at The Dopamine Dressing Room.

Delivery & Shipping Rates for The Dopamine Dressing Room

Standard Delivery is £3.95 via Royal Mail Tracked 48. We will ship your parcel to you within 2 to 3 working days.

Next Day Delivery is £11.75 and we will get your parcel to you the next business day as long as your order is placed before 12pm, UK Mainland  only.

Guaranteed Saturday Next Day Delivery is £17.75. You must  place your order before 12pm on a Friday, UK Mainland only

You will receive a dispatch email with a tracking number once it is on its way to you.
